As our promise to Chennai and a vision to create opportunities, we’re now taking an
epic step that will usher in the future of workspaces.
The historic city of Chennai was one of the first few cities that embraced the IT revolution. Since the very beginning, DLF has enabled Chennai’s epic growth by offering a global ecosystem, future-ready workspaces, safety and sustainability.
DLF Cybercity, Chennai is a 43-acre integrated campus with wide internal roads, extensive landscaping, a dedicated fire station, 4.5 acres of green zone and a 2-acre sports zone.
The upcoming DLF Hub (on the lines of CyberHub, Gurugram) – is a premium socializing enclave for those seeking fine and casual dining as well as health, wellness and live entertainment options.
All DLF buildings across India are being upgraded with MERV 14 filter installations in AHUs for better indoor air quality. DLF has become the world’s first organization to get a COVID-19 global assurance by two renowned institutes – International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) and British Safety Council for safe re-entry in a post-COVID-19 environment.
DLF Cybercity, Chennai is a low-density area with 5-star hotels, restaurants and hospitals.
During the last flurry of floods, water entered through the main Mount Poonamalle Road (MPH Road) and seeped into various sites on the road. To avoid this in the future, a storm water canal has been constructed around our campus by the Greater Chennai Municipal Corporation, which would divert any incoming water.
DLF Cybercity has one of its kind 110 kVA GIS (green power) based sub-station and green power wheeling for carbon credits.
A metro station is being planned within 100 m from the entrance gate of DLF Cybercity. Currently, there is an MOU signed with CMRL (Chennai Metro Rail Corp) for running the shuttle from DLF Cybercity to Guindy Metro Station.
The entire campus is managed by Siemens Systems. The visitor and portal access is given to clients, with the dashboard mechanism routed through our IPC partner CBRE on the Microsoft Cloud platform. The campus has been maintained at a very high level of operational efficiency and is committed to reinvesting the CAM for constant upgradation of buildings and MEP services.
Client operations from DLF Cybercity include BFSI (Citibank, BNY Mellon, Barclays, TransUnion, Societe Generale), IT/BPO/IT Product Companies (IBM, Cognizant, TCS, NTT Data, L&T Infotech, LTTS, CGI, DXC, Symantec) and Engineering Companies (Delphi, Hella).
DLF Chennai has a senior team operating out of the campus with our Vice President- Operations for Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata based in Chennai, supported by other senior members.
