DLF has become the world’s first organisation to get a COVID-19 safety assurance by two renowned institutes—International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) and British Safety Council—for safe re-entry in a post-COVID-19 environment.
DLF Cybercity Chennai is situated amidst an excellent social infrastructure, in proximity to 5-star hotels, restaurants and hospitals.
During the last flurry of floods, water entered through the main Mount Poonamalle Road (MPH Road) and seeped into various sites on the road. To avoid this in the future, a storm water canal has been constructed around the campus by the Greater Chennai Municipal Corporation, which would divert any incoming water.
DLF Cybercity has a one-of-a-kind 110 kVA GIS (green power) based substation and green power wheeling for carbon credits. Almost 45% of the energy required for the daily operations is generated via the green power module.
A metro station is being planned within 100 m from the entrance gate of DLF Cybercity. Currently, there is an MOU signed with CMRL (Chennai Metro Rail Corp) for running a shuttle service from DLF Cybercity to Guindy metro station.
The entire campus is managed by Siemens Systems. Visitor and portal access is given to clients with the dashboard mechanism routed through our IPC partner on Microsoft Cloud. The campus maintains a very high level of operational efficiency and is committed to reinvesting the CAM for constant upgradation of buildings and MEP services.
